Can I just tell yall that pizza has always been one of my favorite foods? I love it so much, you know I had to veganize it. Since I wanted to eat healthier, I also wanted to use a flat vegan crust. While at Sprouts, I found this delicious flat bread pizza crust called Flatzza Sprouted Pizza Crust and it was pretty good. Here’s how I made it…
Cover pizza crust with marinara sauce then top with:
- Daiya Cheese Shreds, Mozzarella Style
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Black olives
- Green bell peppers
- Red onions
- Artichokes
- Basil
- Minced garlic
Once I had all my toppings on, I added a little more cheese then baked on 375 F until crispy. This pizza was sooo good. I will definitely be making it for my next cheat meal!
