So, you’ve decided to adopt a plant-based diet, but you are not sure what to buy. Don’t worry; we got you.  Here you’ll find a checklist with many of the staples you’ll need for your plant-based meals. The main thing to remember is that you can customize this list and adapt it as needed. If there are certain fruits or vegetables you prefer, and they aren’t on the list, go ahead and swap ‘em out! You don’t have to buy everything at once and you may find that you’ll need to buy produce once or twice a week to preserve freshness
